MOSCOW, November 25 (Itar-Tass) —— The Rossiiskaya Gazeta daily on Saturday, November 26, will publish an upper house resolution fixing presidential election date, Timofei Kuznetsov, a deputy editor-in-chief, told Itar-Tass on Friday.
The Federation Council, or upper house of the Russian parliament, on Friday fixed the voting day on March 4, 2012.
