NOVO-OGAREVO, November 24 (Itar-Tass) — Press Secretary of Russia’s prime minister Dmitry Peskov suggests taking declining rating of the United Russia party as a temporary tendency.
“I prefer using the term fluctuation of ratings,” he said. “It is a working process, sometimes the tendency is for growing ratings, sometimes – for declining. This is politics.”
“Still ratings in politics – are bad things, which do not induce development and improvement,” he added.
