MOSCOW, November 24 (Itar-Tass) — The heads of the member-states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will attend a session of the CSTO Council in Moscow on December 20, CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha told reporters on Thursday.
"The CSTO member-states will endorse the accords on "working out proposals on response to negative changes in circumstances in Afghanistan, on the struggle against drug-trafficking and military cooperation within the framework of the Organization," Bordyuzha said.
