DUSHANBE, November 21 (Itar-Tass) —— The Tajik regional court will try an appeal of the lawyers of convicted pilots of the Russian air company on November 22, the lawyer of the convicted pilots Gulyam Boboyev told Itar-Tass on Monday.
The appellate penal of the court in the Khatlon region of Tajikistan will try the appeal on Tuesday morning, the lawyer said.
The Kurgan-Tyube district court sentenced Russian citizen Vladimir Sadovnichy and Estonian citizen Alexei Rudenko to 8.5 years in a tough security penitentiary on November 8.
