Russia hopes IAEA adopts sextet’s resolution on Iran

The deputy foreign minister hopes “the sextet will renew the negotiations on the Iranian nuclear problem”

MOSCOW, November 18 (Itar-Tass) — Russia hopes that the IAEA will adopt the sextet’s resolution on Iran, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Borodavkin said on Friday.

“It is tough to say, whether the resolution may be adopted in its final version,” he said. “The sextet has presented the document to the IAEA’s Board of Governors.”

“Moscow has supported the resolution, worked on its draft and hopes it will be adopted,” Borodavkin said.
