TSKHINVAL, November 14 (Itar-Tass) —— The runoff presidential election in the Caucasian republic of South Ossetia will be held on October 27, chairwoman of the South Ossetian Central Election Commission Bella Pliyeva said on Monday.
According to Pliyeva, after summing up the results of voting at 95 of 96 polling stations, Anatoly Bibilov has 25.44 percent of votes, and Alla Dzhioyeva - - 25.37 percent of votes.
She recalled that if none of the candidates at the elections doesn’t get the absolute majority, the runoff elections are held.
