TSKHINVAL, November 14 (Itar-Tass) —— The Russian language will be the second official language in South Ossetia.

The decision is taken by the republic’s residents at the referendum. The proposal has been supported by 83.99 percent of the voters, South Ossetian Central Election Commission Chairwoman Bella Pliyeva said on Monday. The results were received after the votes were counted at 85 out of the 86 polling stations.
