Bibilov leading in South Ossetian presidential election – exit poll

South Ossetian Emergency Situations Minister Anatoly Bibilov led with 48.1% of votes. Ex-Education Minister Alla Dzhioyeva ranked second with 30.7%

TSKHINVALI, November 13 (Itar-Tass) —— The Social Marketing Institute and the Higher School of Economics held an exit poll in South Ossetia from 8:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. on Sunday. The poll was approved by the South Ossetian Central Elections Commission.

According to the exit poll results, South Ossetian Emergency Situations Minister Anatoly Bibilov led with 48.1% of votes. Ex-Education Minister Alla Dzhioyeva ranked second with 30.7%, Chairman of the South Ossetian State Information, Communication and Media Committee Georgy Kabisov had 2.2%, deputy of the 2nd and 4th South Ossetian parliaments Alan Kotayev had 5.2%, leader of the unregistered Social Democratic Party Dmitry Tasoyev had 3.1%, and head of the Tskhinvali bakery Vadim Tskhovrebov had 3%. The data was available as of 4:00 p.m.

About 25% of voters refused to take part in the exit poll.
