Russia’s current grain export exceeds 13 tons

Russia’s grain export has reached 13.3 million tons

MOSCOW, November 10 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia’s grain export has reached 13.3 million tons, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov said on Thursday.

“This is not bad, it is a good result. It is likely that up to 17 million tons of grain will be exported before the yearend,” he told journalists after a meeting of a working group on the top-priority national project “Development of the Agricultural Sector.”

He reminded that the grain export upper limit for 2011-2012 was fixed at 24 to 25 million tons.
