MOSCOW, November 7 (Itar-Tass) —— The Segezha city court in Karelia has ruled legitimate a reprimand given by the prison authorities to Mikhail Khodorkovsky who offered a pack of cigarettes to his fellow inmates, lawyer for Khodorkovsky Vadim Klyugvant told Itar-Tass.
"The Segezha city court turned down our complaint against the reprimand given to Khodorkovsky who offered a pack of cigarettes to his neighbor in prison in August 2011," the lawyer said.
On December 30, 2010 Moscow’s Khamovniki court sentenced Mikhail Khodorkovsky to 14 years in prison on charges of oil theft and money laundering. Later, the prison term was shortened to 13 years.
