MOSCOW, November 6 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia’s Inter RAO UES electricity supplier plans to export 19-20 billion kilowatt hours of electricity in 2011, deputy chairman of the board Vyacheslav Artamonov told journalists.
According to Artamonov, in 2012 the company’s exports will stay at this level “in the worst case scenario,” although the company plans to increase electricity exports by 3.5 to four billion kilowatt hours. The increase is to be achieved after the second stage of the project of electricity supplies to China is realized.
