CANNES, November 4 (Itar-Tass) —— IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde will visit Russia next week, Acting Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told Itar-Tass.
“Christine Lagarde will come to Russia next week, and we will discuss the Russian participation in the financial stabilization of the euro zone,” he said.
“Assistance granted via the IMF implies reimbursement,” Siluanov said. He noted that the BRICS member states, which met on the sidelines of the G20 Cannes forum, did not discuss their individual contributions to the financial stabilization of the euro zone.
