MOSCOW, November 4 (Itar-Tass) —— About 10,000 people attended the United Russia rally marking the Day of People’s Unity on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow on Friday, the city police department said.
The rally held by the Nashi Movement at the Russian Exhibition Center drew 15,000 people.
“The Russian March in the Moscow southeast was attended by about 7,000 people,” the department said.
No violations were reported from the first two events, but the police seized knives, chains, flares and smoke charges from a number of the Russian March participants.
