The policemen pursued the driver who ignored police demands to stop and went on driving, ignoring traffic rules. Police continued pursuit of the driver who damaged around a dozen cars, including four police vehicles.

After a medical examination, which confirmed the driver was not drunk but suffered from a mental disorder, he was brought to mental hospital No 3.
Moscow police are deciding whether a criminal case against the reckless driver should be opened on charges of hooliganism and an attempt on a policeman’s life.
