KRASNOYARSK, October 30 (Itar-Tass) —— Five people were hurt in a road accident of nine vehicles in the Kemerovo region. One was taken to the hospital, a source at the Siberian regional center of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry told Itar-Tass on Sunday.
The road accident happened at the 14th kilometer of R-384 route between Kemerovo and Leninsk-Kuznetsky. “Bad weather – a blizzard and icy roads – caused the collision of nine vehicles. Five people asked for medical aid, and one of them was taken to the hospital in a medium grave condition,” he said.
Twenty-one rescuers with five vehicles, traffic police and four ambulance teams cleaned up the accident aftermath.
