Household appliances plant afire in St. Petersburg

There were no reports that anybody was hurt

ST. PETERSBURG, October 28 (Itar-Tass) — A production shop of a household appliances plant is afire in St. Petersburg.

The "01" service received the information about the fire at the Leninets plant, 5, Zastavskaya Street, at 09:24 Moscow time.

Ablaze were about 500 sq m on the fourth floor of the building, a source of the Russian Emergencies Ministry's St. Petersburg department told Itar-Tass.

There were no reports that anybody was hurt.
