MOSCOW, October 25 (Itar-Tass) — Russia’s Foreign Ministry has finalized measures for organizing events within the framework of Russia’s presidency of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in 2012, a source in the Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
“The fulfilment of this responsible mission is an important component of efforts towards implementing the task set by the Russian president to promote our country’s positions in the Asia-Pacific Region,” the source said after a meeting of the Ministry’s collegium.
