KURU COSMODROME, October 21 (Itar-Tass) —— Soyuz-ST-B Carrier rocket with two European navigation satellites of Galileo system started off on Friday from the Guiana space centre /South America/.
The French National Centre for Space Research told Itar-Tass that the launch of the carrier rocket, equipped with the Fregat-MT upper stage, was made at 14:30 Moscow time. The spacecrafts should be brought to the circular orbit at height of 23.2 thousand km and inclination of 54.7 degrees in three hours and 49 minutes after takeoff.
