MOSCOW, October 21 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has demanded the United Russia party's Stavropol regional organisation pay particular attention to law and order.
"As regards the level of law and order in the Stavropol Territory and the city of Stavropol, I will not comment, but I ask you to pay particular attention to it," the premier said at the video conference with regional electioneering headquarters of United Russia, when the Stavropol Territory was in touch.
