MOSCOW, October 21 (Itar-Tass) —— Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a law changing Article 13 of the Federal Law on Municipal Service, the Kremlin press service said on Friday.
Under the law, a citizen may not be employed for municipal service and a municipal servant may not remain in office in case the one is a relative of a municipal official and directly subordinate to or controlled by the other. On the list are parents, husbands and wives, children, brothers, sisters and brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and parents-in-law.
