DONETSK, October 18 (Itar-Tass) —— Some 153 miners are blocked underground over a power supply breakdown at the Dzerzhinskaya coalmine in the Donetsk Region, the Ukrainian technological watchdog in the Donetsk Region said on Tuesday.
The electric power outage was triggered by a breakdown at an electric power substation in the coalmine. All miners are blocked in the shafts with the fresh air. The electric power substation is restoring the electric power supplies for the coalmine.
