SOCHI, October 14 (Itar-Tass) — Sochi has made a warning over a hurricane rising over the sea. Hurricanes are expected to rise over the sea, but without reaching the coast between Magri and Veseloye on Friday, a source in the Krasnodar territorial emergency situation department told Itar-Tass.
The rescuers warned about probable emergency situations over flooded lower lands with the natural water outflow, damaged vehicles and the building roofs and destroyed crops. The emergency service did not also recommend the tourists to set out in the sea by small vessels.
A heavy rain, which fell on Sochi overnight to Friday, already flooded more than 20 private houses in the Adler district of the sea resort.
