MOSCOW, October 14 (Itar-Tass) — The Moscow City Court has remitted the case of the registration of the People’s Freedom Party (PARNAS) to the Zamoskvoretsky District Court for revision.
Thus, it has sustained a motion from the Russian Ministry of Justice to revise the case in respect of a claim from one of the leaders of the party’s Altai branch. Nonetheless, the entire case will be revised, a PARNAS representative Vladimir Prokhorov told Itar-Tass on Friday. “Of course, the court of first instance will re-consider the issue of legitimacy of refusal to register the party,” he said.
