Yanukovich believes that for preserving the positive growth dynamic of the GDP further efforts must be exerted in full seriousness to develop the country

KIEV, October 13 (Itar-Tass) —— Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich believes that the country’s gross domestic product in 2012 will be up 6 percent, the presidential press service said.

Yanukovich believes that for preserving the positive growth dynamic of the GDP further efforts must be exerted in full seriousness to develop the country. He remarked that the model that constituted the basis of the country’s development “requires drawing investments and creating new technologies.”

“We should work in full seriousness in the domestic and foreign markets. We are to be competitive,” the press service quotes Yanukovich as saying. “The higher the rating of our state, the greater credibility it will enjoy.”
