MOSCOW, October 11 (Itar-Tass) —— The Moscow Tverskoy District Court has found lawful the decision of detective Stanislav Lagoiko who refused to run a polygraph test on LUKOIL Vice-President Anatoly Barkov in the case of a road accident on Leninsky Avenue.

Thus, the court rejected the appeal of the defense of the father of Olga Alexandrina, one of the two women killed in the road accident involving Barkov’s car.
