MOSCOW, October 10 (Itar-Tass) —— A passenger motor ship that ran aground in the Malaya Ob river in the Yamalo-Nenets autonomous area has been set afloat, a spokesman for the local emergencies administration told Itar-Tass on Monday.
“The ship has been set afloat and is now heading to the ports of the settlement of Muzhi with passengers onboard,” the spokesman said.
The Meteor ship carrying 66 people ran in the river Malaya Ob some 35 kilometers away from the settlement of Muzhi. No one was hurt. Three boats were sent to the stranded ship but evacuation was avoided.
