MOSCOW, October 7 (Itar-Tass) —— The foreign labor quota in Moscow will stand at about 200,000 in 2012.
“The quota has reduced manifold; it used to exceed one million,” head of the Moscow Confederation of Businessmen Yelena Panina said at the Friday meeting of the tripartite commission for the regulation of social and labor relations.
The confederation volunteered to test foreign labor force and to train migrant workers with the money of employers, she said.
