Belarus to keep controlling stake in potash producer

MINSK, October 7 (Itar-Tass) — Belarus will keep a controlling stake in its potash producer Belaruskali, President Alexander Lukashenko told a news conference for Russian journalists on Friday.

Nevertheless, he confirmed his intention to sell Belaruskali for 30 billion dollars as a minimum.

“We will put (the company’s shares) for auction. The one who pays more, will get it,” Lukashenko said.
