BARNAUL, October 5 (Itar-Tass) —— Heavy fog paralysed the work of airports in Barnaul, Novosibirsk and Tomsk on Wednesday. Over a dozen flights are delayed.
Four flights are still delayed at Tomsk’s Bogashevo airport. The first of them was expected to take off at 10:00 Moscow time instead of 04:00. Transaero’s flight was rescheduled from 04:25 to 19:00 Moscow time. Passengers flying to Strezhevoy and Pionerny still wait for their flight in Tomsk. Bogashevo delayed arrivals of three flights from Sochi, Nizhnevartovsk and Strezhevoy.
Novosibirsk’s Tolmachevo airport delays departure of seven flights and four arrivals. Passengers cannot leave from Moscow, Khabarovsk and Norilsk. Others cannot leave to Moscow, Krasnodar, Kyzyl and Norilsk.
The heavy fog makes planes land in Novokuznetsk and Krasnoyarsk instead of Novosibirsk. For poor visibility, Barnaul delayed on Wednesday flights to Moscow.
