VLADIVOSTOK, October 3 (Itar-Tass) —— A woman and a nine-year-old child died and seven persons more were injured as a passenger bus ran into a motor car in Russia’s Far Eastern city of Birobidzhan, a spokesman for the emergencies administration in the Jewish autonomous region told Itar-Tass on Monday.
According to the spokesman, there were 24 passengers in the bus. Both vehicles overturned after the collision. The passengers were hospitalized.
An investigation is underway.
