Russia doesn’t rule out cooperation within Eastern Partnership program

“I would like to confirm the wish for constructive interaction with the European Union and our neighbors in Eastern Partnership" - Lukashevich

MOSCOW, September 30 (Itar-Tass) —— Russia does not rule out cooperation with the European Union within the Eastern Partnership program in the case the cooperation formula is acceptable to Moscow, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Friday.

“I would like to confirm the wish for constructive interaction with the European Union and our neighbors in Eastern Partnership if the latter develops a formula, which will be transparent to Russia and based on mutual interests, will generate joint projects and will add real value to equal cooperation within our common agenda,” he said.
