MOSCOW, September 28 (Itar-Tass) —— Gazprom is open to a dialogue with the European Commission and it will provide the necessary support for inspections of its daughters companies, the gas holding company said in the statement in response to the searches of the offices of its affiliated companies in Europe.
Gazprom is always open to a dialogue with the authorities of EU member-states and the European Commission and will provide all necessary legal support for the inspections. It has already instructed the managers of subsidiaries and dependent companies they should cooperate with the auditors and meet their lawful requirements. The companies will continue to take all measures to comply with their contractual obligations to customers," Gazprom said.
