NAZRAN, September 28 (Itar-Tass) — Police detained four militants in the course of an anti-terrorist operation in the town of Malgobek, Ingushetia, the republic's law-enforcement bodies told Itar-Tass.
Police searched the houses where the militants had been detained. They found two homemade bombs, grenades and ammunition.
The regime of anti-terrorist operation was launched in the town from 05:00, on Wednesday. The decision was made after police received information that members of illegal paramilitary formations involved in terrorist crimes in the republic, were staying in the district.
