SOCHI, September 18 (Itar-Tass) —— Over two work days of the Sochi-2011 international investment forum, its participants have signed 289 agreements worth about 429 billion roubles, Deputy Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Dzhambulat Khatuov told reporters on Saturday.
“Russia’s almost 60 territories have presented their projects, which is by seven more than it was last year,” he said. “The forum features 550 foreign businesses and diplomats from 18 countries, including ambassadors of Austria, Italy, France, Canada and others.”
The jubilee tenth forum registered 8,500 guests, who organised their exhibitions at the area of 15,000 square metres. The event’s organisers say that in a couple years the forum will move to a new location in Adler, where most Olympic facilities are being built now. Anyway, the forum will remain Sochi’s investment fair.
