MOSCOW, September 13 (Itar-Tass) — Police detained four persons suspected of robbing money collectors near the Moskva shopping mall in December 2009. Three money ferriers were killed in the attack and the robbers escaped with 15 million roubles.
"In a carefully planned special operation in the Moscow region on September 13, police detained four members of the criminal group at countryside cottages, who committed the crime. The searches at the suspects' homes found a large quantity of firearms, an explosive device, and drugs (heroin and marijuana), a representative of the Investigative Committee’s department for Moscow said.
Police are looking for their accomplices.
