MOSCOW, September 13 (Itar-Tass) —— Rosneft by the end of this year will complete a plan for cooperation with Exxon Mobil, the company’s CEO, Eduard Khudainatov, told the media.
Now, he said, a joint working group has begun to draft a detailed development plan. Among other things it is considering a structure of a future joint venture and an exploration plan.
According to the head of Rosneft, the plan will also contain a special clause on cooperation in the Arctic.
Khudainatov also said that at the moment Rosneft is holding discussions with two companies, including Exxon, on the possibility of joint exploitation of deposits of Val Shatsky. Rosneft considers this field is "a promising project," he said.
