KIEV, September 7 (Itar-Tass) —— Merger of Naftogaz of Ukraine and Gazprom will not happen, Ukraine’s Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Yuri Boiko told a briefing on Wednesday.
“No merger of Naftogaz and Gazprom or any other suggestions humiliating for us will be accepted,” he said. “We are working in this direction, including the work on considering these contracts in international court.”
“We are ready for it, as we are also considering this variant and are getting prepared,” Boiko said.
