MOSCOW, September 5 (Itar-Tass) - - The Central Bank of the Russian Federation on Monday raised the euro's official exchange rate and the U.S. dollar official exchange rate as of Tuesday, September 6, the External and Public Relations Department of the Central Bank said in its regular report.
The official exchange rate of the euro against the Russian roubles was raised by 10.68 kopecks to 41.4830 roubles for one euro, the report said.
The dollar's official exchange rate was also increased against the rouble by 28.32 kopeks and totalled 29.3436 roubles.
Proceeding from the CBR report, the dollar-euro basket, calculated under the official currency exchange rates for Tuesday, September 6 increased by 16.00 kopeks as compared with the indicator for Saturday, September 3, and amounted to 34.80 roubles.
