House of judge of Supreme Court attacked in Ingushetia

An unidentified person threw a grenade in the yard of private house No 20 in Zhabagiyev Street in Nazran

NAZRAN, September 5 (Itar-Tass) —— A grenade was thrown into the yard of the house of a judge of the Supreme Court in Nazran. There are no victims.

“The incident occurred at about 02.00 Moscow time on Monday. An unidentified person threw a grenade in the yard of private house No 20 in Zhabagiyev Street in Nazran. Judge of the Supreme Court of the republic Tagir Ozdoyev is living in this house. Nobody suffered as a result of the blast. The house holding was slightly damaged,” a spokesman for the Interior Ministry of Ingushetia told ITAR-TASS.

Investigation is underway.

Unidentified people threw a grenade into the yard of the house of a judge of the Supreme Court of Ingushetia in Nazran. Criminal proceedings were instituted according to the article "Attempt on the life of a person administering justice," ITAR-TASS learnt at the republican Investigation Department of the Russian Investigation Committee.

As the source specified, a grenade was thrown into the yard of the private house in Zhabagiyev Street in Nazran, in which judge of the Supreme Court of the republic Tagir Ozdoyev is living, at about 02.00 Moscow time on Monday. Nobody suffered as a result of the blast, however, the house was considerably damaged.

Tagir Ozdoyev, according to estimates of the judicial community, is one of the most professional judges of principle Ingushetia.
