KIEV, September 2 (Itar-Tass) —— Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich instructed Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov to draft and pass for debates a program for the Naftogaz Ukrainy reform to the governing council of the Committee for Economic Reforms before October 1, 2011, the Ukrainian presidential press service reported on Friday.
Yanukovich also instructed the government to draft and pass for debates the bills for the amendments in the legislative acts for the Naftogaz Ukrainy reform to the Verkhovna Rada before October 1.
