MOSCOW, August 31 (Itar-Tass) — Bailiffs are retrieving documents at the Moscow office of BP Exploration Operating Co Ltd, per ruling by the arbitration tribunal of the Tyumen region, which is reviewing a legal action against the company.
A representative of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) told Itar-Tass "a bailiff is inspecting all paper documents at the Moscow branch of BP Exploration Operating Company Ltd, located in Novinsky Boulevard, 8, with the view of finding the documents listed in the statement by the Arbitration Tribunal of the Tyumen region."
"Office personnel are not offering any resistance to the FSSP representatives. Everything is being done calmly," the FSSP official said. No additional FSSP personnel are needed, she added.
