GROZNY, Chechen Republic, August 31 (Itar-Tass) — Two blasts that occurred in Grozny on Tuesday night killed seven policemen, and wounded 18 people, Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has told journalists.
According to police data, there are civilians among the wounded.
Kadyrov has already held a special conference,during which he ordered taking all measures to arrange a funeral of those killed and give highly qualified medical aid to the wounded.
